Customer Question

i dont understand, i had someone then put in my bank info anyway mazda 3 2007 wont crank ,at the relay in fuse box one connection is hot and i can jump across to the other n.o. contact (to the starter) and it cranks,(with relay out)and the start contact at ignition switch is sending 12 volts to the coil contact, so missing is the ground to the contactor coil for the starter relay , (to pull in coil to send the 12v to the starter wire)
