15 room btn 60

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

What these items all have in common is they receive power from the 15 amp 'room' fuse in the box inside. This is the memory or ignition off draw circuit.

If the problem was constant then it would almost surely be a blown fuse but if it's intermittent then it's going to be a wiring issue or internal issue in one of the fuse boxes. It will take some electrical testing at the time the problem is happening to determine what is going on. The room fuse is powered by the 60 amp 'btn' fuse in the box under the hood. It's possible that there is no power from this fuse due to a fuse box or wiring issue in between, it's possible that power is being lost in the fuse box inside, or there may be power leaving the fuse box but an open circuit after it leaves the fuse box.

It's possible that it's as simple as the terminals that engage these fuses coudl be corroded or spread and making poor connection.
