My 1997millenia is idling up on its own. Wants to go faster in drive with my foot off of the accelerator. When i put it in park it idles up to 2 or 3 thousand rpm?

ECT CIRCUIT
they dont seem related though im a shade tree, not ase.

None found. The problem isnt constant as in every time i drive. Sometimes i drive 7 minutes to work and its fine. It usualy runs fine for short periods but gets worse on longer drives.
