My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

This is usually caused by a faulty micro switch/roof position sensor sending an incorrect roof position signal causing this fault here. The fault codes will need checked using a scan tool that can communicate with all computers to see what codes are set. From there the codes can then be diagnosed to locate and repair this fault. The scan tool is also used to monitor the switch/sensor signals to see if one or more is reading incorrectly.

Thanks Pete
