My passenger side brake light went out. I replaced the bulb

my passenger side brake light went out. I replaced the bulb and still wont light up. top brake light and driver side works. could this be an electrical problem?

It is an electrical issue. Before we get into this, I need to know if you can do wire testing and understand wire diagrams.

Great, use the diagram below.

OHM test this lights black wire to make sure its a good ground. If it is then we need to trace the Red/Orange power wire back to the splice where the other brake lamps are powered. The splice is behind the left rear quarter trim panel.
