Hi. There should be a cable that attaches the track to the sunroof motor. And some models have a cable that attaches the tracks together so they move at the same time. Commonly one of the cables breaks and only have the sunroof moves. Please check the cables and let me know. Thanks.

both cables are in place and intact

Can you determine if the motor is actually moving in both

only one side is moving

Ok. The sunroof frame is going to need to be replaced. If the cables are visually intact and only one side is moving, then in between the cable and the track somewhere, there is a problem with the cable and how it mounts to move the track on that side.
