Thanks for visiting Just Answer
Michelin is the best tire by far from what I have worked with.
235-60-18 is the tire size that comes stock,
What I would recommend doing is reading reviews of the available options for this size.
This way you see what is available, how others liked the tires and how they are rated.
This site also gives really good prices and something to compare to.
Most places will compete with tire rack.
Check it out and let me know what you think.
I've got 245-60-18's on mine (OE)

What kind of driving do you do? Snow? Dry?
I'm not interested in dedicated snow; more of a all season. Goodyear Tripletread like?
Gotcha, the triple tread is a good tire. For a good all season the Michelin LTX is a great choice as well.
They are a bit pricey but they last a long time and offer a good smooth ride with great traction.
That is what I like to sell.
