2005 Miata won't start. Engine turns over when ignition is in the start position. Realted info Radio will not turn on in ACC or run position.

How many miles on the car? Is the engine light on? Is it missing fuel or spark?
54000 miles on the car.the engine turns over, but will not catch, no smell of fuel despite multiple starting attempts.I suspect that the fuel pump relay/fuse is out, since the audio system also will not turn on.
Is the engine light on also ?
instrument lights come on normallyEgine light comes on, is solid for a few seconds then flashes about three times, then goes back solid
Ok is there any way you can get the code it's most likely the relay that's the issue .
unfortunately I don;t have a code reading device. Yeah kinda figured it was the fule pump relay. Any idea where it is located?
