Ray marine dragonfly. Orange winged plug on back of device is stuck. Power cord will not connect. ?

Hi Sandra,

You should be able to turn the orange winged nut anti-clockwise to loosen it and clockwise to tighten it.

If it is stuck you can try using some hand grippers to give you extra leverage on it.
