I have a depth finder serial # 10182549. Everything seems to

Customer Question

I have a depth finder serial # *****
Everything seems to work except it shows much deeper than actual. I just tested and it is showing 45 feet in about 5 feet of water. I had this on an old pontoon and worked fine. Exchanged with even older model that was on the houseboat we now have. Can this be transducer problem. If so, how do I get correct transducer? Thnx Steve *

The web site has billed you to speak to me. I have no control over that. I am only credited after you accept any answer that I give to you that helps you out.

Are there any numbers on the front of the unit?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
there are no numbers. I took it off of the mount. I looked on back, bottom, top and front. the only things it tells me are the serial #, Lowrance and HIGH DEFINITION.
