My HB 1199ci HD only shows a digital depth number at 3.6 ft.

Customer Question

My HB 1199ci HD only shows a digital depth number at 3.6 ft. The sonar graph lines seem to show the correct depth. The digital depth occasionally flickers to 3.8, but mainly stays at 3.6 ft.

Hello, my name is***** will assist you.

Where do you have the transducer located on the boat?

Is this just the normal transducer or the Side/Down image as well?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
It's an external transducer mounted to the jack plate. The company and side imaging are operational. The depth shows accurate on the graph lines. The digital used work, now just stuck at 3.6.

Thanks, ***** ***** have not already done so, register your 1199 on Humminbird.com. Then go thru the instructions and do a software upgrade to the unit. Lets make sure that you have the latest that there is, and it is functioning properly. It sounds like you just have a glitch in the software.
