Hi Bob,

Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

Are you using an external GPS antenna?

If so, the connection to the GPS antenna and the condition of the antenna will need to be checked.

Expert:  Pete replied 9 months ago.

When the unit is not receiving a satellite system the GPS antenna is suspect.

Hi Bob,

If you are only using the internal antenna, then try attaching an external antenna to get a better signal if you are using the system indoors.

If you are using the system outdoors then the internal antenna has likely failed and you will need to hook it up to an external antenna to test it and confirm that the unit itself is still functioning.
