So you say it gives a blue screen and then shuts down?

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

So normally this is a power issue. But first I need to know if it stays powered up, or if it shuts down after a minute or so.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It stays powered up but loses Visual
Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

Ok, sorry took a quick break

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

So does it go dark or just go blue?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

That is caused by a bad connection to the display (usually)...

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

The connectors may not seem loose but if you wiggle them (carefully) and see a flicker or change, they might be dirty. Can you try moving them and let me know?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
OK tomorrow

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
K I just tried all connection on nav box all look brand new. Powers up just lines but all buttons beep no change to screen
Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

Are you available?

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

Do you have a multi meter or a simple voltage meter?

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

Hi, I've been trying to help you further with your problem but I need a response to offer more help. I think you have a voltage problem. Please make sure that the B+ voltage at the unit is at least 11.5 volts DC. If not, then the batteries in the boat need to be charged to full voltage, or the wire gauge is incorrect (which I doubt). If none of these are the case, than I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the unit has to be returned for service.

Expert:  Wayde Alfarone replied 1 year ago.

I hope I have provided you with 5 star service. Please rate me accordingly. If you need any other help, I'm here for you. ~Wayde~
