My sonic hub quit working Power on, no audio, working fine a week ago

Hello, What sources are connected to the HUB please? There's lots of various options here- so would need to know if multiple sources ALL have no audio? Please also let me know how old this unit is.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Only Bluetooth, which doesn't have audio either. Everything appears to work just no sound to any of the 4 speakers (2 forward, 2 aft)

Plug something else into it besides Blue Tooth- to rule out the BT as being the cause of the problem. Plug an AUX to stereo RCA cable from your phone to the AUX IN jacks on the amp. Let me know if you have sound when you switch to AUX (1 or 2 respectively).

Did that, no audio

How long have you owned it?

Also, I'm assuming both BT and the AUX cable are both from your phone? Try another source to rule out the AMP/HUB. I'm hoping you don't have a failed HUB, but troubleshooting is required to find that out.
