Hello,

Thank you for allowing me to assist you, my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you with your concern today.

What type of transducer do you have? Transom mount, thru-hull, in-hull? Have you checked if it is loose because that is one of many things that could cause that. Also if new check plastic is not over it still. I would also need to know if you are actually in water that deep if those things do not help.

Thank you!

- Joe
