Customer Question

I have two Navnet VX2s. They are networked, each showing a different view. The master unit stopped displaying. Unit powers on normally. When the menu button is pushed the keyboard lights up. I use the unit regularly and it has worked perfectly. The power light is lighted on the master unit, but not lighted on the slave unit.
Where do I start to troubleshoot?
Is there a fuse which controls the display out?

Hi Glen,
A fault on the first unit is preventing the second unit from powering up and displaying.
Try swapping the two units around - you should then get at least one display working - this will help confirm the original master unit has a fault.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
