It seems the circuit board is defective, however in order to be sure what's the causing issue, we will need to check it with special tools. Please call Service and Support Toll Free at 1-***-***-****.
Please have the serial number and date of purchase ready in order to check the warranty status. Lowrance devices come with 1 to 5 years warranty.
