Hello, my name is***** you for allowing me to assist you today. Your question may take more that one post to get an accurate answer.
Is the radar NMEA 0183 or 2000?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Not 2000 for sure. It has 4 pins and I believe the 2000 has 5 pins?

It's on a 1996 Maxum 3200SCR

Thanks, ***** ***** hard wire the NMEA 0183 int the power cord of the 7. You will need to know what the code is for the radar to get the colors right. Is there a model number or anything on the radar?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Perhaps, but I am nowhere near the boat until July 1st.

No worries. There are no time limits here. If you can get the code/wire colors, the ones for Lowrance areTransmit Yellow + Blue-Receive Orange + Green-Wire up the radar to match the polarity of these then turn on the NMEA 0183 in the unit. It should pick it up.

Ok, thanks. I'll look int that next week.
