Customer Question

I purchased an Echomap70dv with transducer. The instructions say to mount the transducer 1/8" below the bottom of the hull on a fiberglass boat. Does that mean the top of the transducer should be 1/8" below the hull or does it mean the bottom of the transducer should be 1/8" below the hull?
