If I want to conserve my 5GB data plan shared by phone and iPad, I should disable location services for many apps- like the ones that don't matter to me where I am, correct?
My data is just draining out and I never stream TV nor movies.

iPad3 question: I downloaded a very lame app- Candy Crush Saga. Pathetic but addicting. It's hooked to fBook and always offers extras that can be bought for real money. That's insane. But it also says I can disable that option in my settings under App Purchase.
I don't see that anywhere. Can you tell me how to eliminate those riduculous offers?
