I am trying to update my Macbook air but cannot connect into it. It requests my i.cloud p/w but it does not recognise me although I log in with everything else OK.
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook Air and what operating system are you running?
Customer: About 3/4 years and 10.9.5
