I want to set up my gmail on my new iPad. I went to settings but there is no "mail" to click on to "add account"?
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?
Customer: 10.3.1
JA: When did you purchase your iPad? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just a few weeks ago. No troubleshooting so far other than what I am doing now.
