I cant get it to go back to my first page. It was locked on the page with
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: I have no idea. Have an apple phone given to me by son. Was working and then I made mistake to upgrade and it locked on the page of agree/disagree
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No . it was locked on the agreement page. Can you get me back to the opening page that was set when I was given the phone?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just pushing the button to open or go to home page.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am novice with this instrument and just want to start all over again from the beginning.
