I can't sign in to iTunes on my Apple TV. Message saying password *****
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I reset Apple ID password ***** but not iTunes password. I am trying to watch a purchased movie on Apple TV.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Updates are current.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Resetting Apple ID password. Can I reset iTunes password?
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I just want to reset iTunes to ensure no fraud or misuse on account. And I want to watch my purchased movie.

An Apple ID and password ***** ***** same as an iTunes account. You use the same Apple if and password ***** everything Apple such as Apple TV, iTunes, iCloud, etc. if you have reset your password @ https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
Then you should be good. Maybe restart the Apple TV after you reset your password ***** make sure your Apple TV is connect to your wifi internet.
