My IPhone doesn't ring. Nor does it ding when I receive a message. It has been for the past 2 weeks.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: What is that? Verizon is my provider.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. Never failed.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turned it off for 5 mins and let it restart.

I did as instructed, Richard. Had my husband call me. It rang. It will ring from time to time if the phone is in upright position but it will not ding to alert me when I got a message. I agreed to pay to have you fix me remotely..did u get my request?
