hello, I have a problem with the connection of my bt hub I am in the UK
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: OS Yosemite version 10.10.5
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no I was on a short holiday recently out of the country I then came back and started having issues with the wifi, which is fibre
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Can I speak to a person?
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Troubleshooting is hard for me as I'm not tech savy no please connect me

Can you please remove the power from the BT Hub then wait 10 minutes.

Connect the power back up to the hub, restart your devices and tell me how it then operates please.
