JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I'm checking it now
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: it is always up to date
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: iOS 10.2 3% battery remaining and this has happened before on this iPad had to pay about 150 bucks
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
