Hello. I was in contact with Cox Tech support 3 times yesterday. My mail program (Mac mini) wasn't allowing me to log in. Cox tech support changed the password ***** times before I was able to log in (and rebooted the server). Then, I was instructed to change the password ***** the next 24 hours. So, I just changed the password, and now I once again cannot login to my email account.

once you have changed the password ***** the cox site

you still have to change the password ***** match in the email program you are using

can you tell me what program you are using to get the email and i can get you more detailed instructions

or i can log in remotely to fix it with you.
