JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Dell, windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes, It just comes up and installs them and restarts.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None I didn't install and am not real computer literate. Can I create a new AppleID.
