I'm not sure. It won't let me go online even though it shows that I have internet. It tells me "You Are Not Connected to the Internet"
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: It says my computer id currently offline.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yosemite Yes
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

What operating system is it using?
