not log in to my email acc. using my computer. I did some update last month and now The log in dose not recognize my password.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I can only get into my email via me i-phone
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yeah last month, I don't remember what it was.
