JA: Have you installed any updates recently?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Rebooting was my suggestion, so if that's the response to why my password *****'t work, I will not accept any charge whatsoever.

No! It didn't work. I'm not going to bother with the Apple TV any longer. I've wasted too much time and effort in trying to get a simple answer why my updated password *****'t work. And this isn't the first time with the problem. You can consider this inquiry cancelled, as well as my Apple TV account.
