I'm trying to restore a new phone from a back up on the cloud
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: the latest iOS 10.2.2 (?)
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: It told me to update the iOS system, which I did. I then erased all content and settings. Now it is stuck on "updating icloud
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. Erasing and restoring was my initial troubleshooting attempt
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that I got a new iPhone
7 today. It did not restore when I connected to wifi as the salesperson told me that it would. So I re-initiated that process, but it now seems stuck
