JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I have iPhone 6s
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Everything is up to daye
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

If the app is working with all other players then the problem is with the affected player.

Have you tried contacting them through other methods to check if their app and device is ok?

Duh Pete of course I have the issue would be with the game but there is no way to get hold i the company Now how do you answer this because if you can't get it fixed I want a refund

The other player has not blocked me. I can still play him just can't chat in the app. Neither can he. I can see dots he try's to send but doesn't come through. Please get a better answer yours was not worth it
