JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: What is Ios
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes I believe I have
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I took it to Verizon to see if they would connect it to their computer for ITunes and they said they could'nt help me. So I figure I had to come to Apple Store to get it restored
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: This has happened to me before , but under whole differerent circunstances.I went to Verizon and the sales person hooked it up to his computer for ITunes and it did'nt work. I went to Best Buy and they blew me off. I finally went to Apple Store where they restored it.
