JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: No, I've tried various ways from the web but to no avail.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no Have not used computer for a while. Now cannot get in.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not too much because I cannot get in
