I'm trying to rent a movie on Apple TV and it's telling me that I have to enter my security code
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I'm not sure what that means
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: the Apple TV is new so I am assuming it's updated
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i have tried to go onto my Apple ID account but I'm not sure where to find the security code on my card like it's telling me
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: this is how it wants me to verify my payment method even though I only used an iTunes card
