Trying to purchase an ibook I just made. The card they have

trying to purchase an ibook I just made. The card they have on file and want a security code for is no longer valid. I need to use a different credit card. I do not have that option. Help!!!
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Safari
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing. I keep getting caught in the loop after I give my password ***** it verifies then it goes to purchase and shows a picture of a credit card and wants the security code. No options. If I cancel, it cancels. If I select "sign in" it says "try again later"
