Hi Mike, I'm trying log into my iPhone. I chose a WiFi network and I get in. However it is asking for password. I don't remember setting up a pass word, and I've tried several I thought I might of used. I can't get by the heading of "Enter Password"
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I don't remember when I did that.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I can't get passed enter Password. A new window does not show up.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of for now
