Have you tried a factory reset?
Now, but the problem is also in a MacMini Server and a MacBook Pro. No, I don't think a factory reset will do any difference. The problem started when updating to 10.12.x The problem in the other Mac's are not as important, as they don't do any heavy work with multiple programs. I am off now, back on the line on Monday.
