HI mike, I have a new phone and im unable to back it up to my icloud account. I had an overseas number I used last year and cant remember it as it also sends a 6 didget activation code to it
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Ys I went to the Apple store yesterday and they gave me your number
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Throwing it out the window didn't help, so im unable to get past the activation stage
