JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: a year ago maybe
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through my desk computer...it was working over abhor ago and now it is disconnected
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: check on-line help, but my system is Mac not PC
