JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: iOS 10.1.1
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yeah that is the new update. I did this about 4 days ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I try to reset my phone but still doesn't make any defere

Please press and hold down the POWER and HOME buttons together on your iPad until you see the Apple icon. After you see the icon, release the buttons and the device will restart.

After the restart, it should work properly again. Is it working now?

It's working for not but later on it will froze up again
