Apple TV cannot work it keeps telling me cannot connect because it's the wrong password ***** it's not so little and what am I going to do now
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I did it about three weeks ago or four weeks ago and it works fine on all my other systems it's up on the TV
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Are you there
JA: No. I'm the Mac Technician's Assistant.
Customer: I lost you but he tell you what was wrong what my problem was
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried everything I've typed it we typed it like five times and I got it really careful and each time it keeps telling me wrong password ***** connect at this time
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
