JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I do not think so
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried to find the file, did find the file for itunes, no documents, then lost the file , went to recycle bin, said it was there but had no content
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
