I have not used my IMac note book for some time. When I tried to use it today, using the password ***** I had written down, the system would not accept that. I went on line to try to use my Apple ID and have followed instructions to the "T", yet I can not set up a new password ***** my IMac. How do I proceed?
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: I have been trying to do this now for the pass hour. The new password ***** ***** accepted. The system keeps asking me for my current password ***** it does not recognize or accept

Customer: Can not install anything because I can not access the system
