Second opinion] - Helli Mike I have an apple mini that was not able to turn on the wifi. So I follow instruction to reset or reinstall ipad software but no sucess no just tuurns on say connect to Itunes via USB. I have a Window cista with the latest Itunes installed
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I think I can manage most I am MCSE with Many year working in the tech field
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No was not able no wifi this was my last attemp to reimstall iPad_64bit_10.1.1_14B150_Restore
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just updating and reinstallin fireware
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

You can try restoring the iPad Mini from a recent backup if you have one available.

If that doesn't work then you will need to try a factory reset on the device.

If the wifi still won't work then it is not a software issue and the built-in wifi module is likely defective and will need to be replaced.
