I forgot my apple id password ***** iphone. have tried to recover but get response it is locked. have gone through recovery and asked info sent to my email but response message never received.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: as far as i know - when phone set up
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: tried to install update and was asked for apple id password ***** could not get past that prompt - got message that answers to questions incorrect - then asked for email got indication that the email response was sent but never received it
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: going through the iforgot password ***** was ulnsuccessful
