Hello, and Thank You for choosing JustAnswer.comMy name is ***** ***** I am reviewing your question now, please stand by for 1 or 2 minute for reply.
Do you have the iPod Touch plugged into yoru computer? Or do you have it plugged into the charging brick?
okay......well im not sure wher eyou get $52 from.
But, my end shows you should only be paying about $17 or $18....not $52.
If you want more info about the pricing and biling or your account info you owul have to contact customer support, im just an Expert.
Now about your Ipod touch........sounds like its battery is dead.
Plug it in to the power brick.....and WAIT.
WHen the battery is fully dead, it wont turn on, and will only show a Battery symbol.
from what i am seeing.......it shows half of what you pay......and its showing $8.29
Oh.....yeah thats trying to GET YOU to spend more.......we dont need to do that.....its for other issues, your issue is a dead battery im pretty sure.
If you plug it into the POWER brick that came with the ipod touch.....and let it charge for about 10-15 minutes......THEN try to power it on.......it should work.
thats not what YOU pay.....its what i receive IF you pay for this.
YOu pay the double of that amount (8.29 x 2 = 16.58)
Like i said in the begining......about 17 or 18 is what i would guesstimate
Well, you can also use an Ipod or Iphone power brick too.
Hmmm, im checking this issue now.
So try HOLDING down the Power buttin until the Ipod turns off
The Ipod might be updating......you see just a White Apple Logo....right?
Okay.....so im confident that the battery is charged up enough.
Do you have a computer w/iTunes that you can connect the iPod to?
iTunes is necessary to try to investigate the iPod further.
When you connect the iPod to the computer with iTunes......you then need to do a button press on the iPod to get the iPod into Disk MOde. If the iPod wont go into Disk mode......then the ipod is in need of repair or replacement.
