JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: I!n not very good on the computer..I think I have the latestone

Customer: No. But just just last week someone did fix this same problem

Customer: I have not really tried anything.i don't want to mess this iPad up

So the game works ok you just can't purchase any more lives correct? When you try to purchase more lives, what happens on the screen. Does it ask for your apple ID and password? Did you enter that information and it did not work?
